What can be done with the mobile app?
Since our 20.09.2024 release, you can access your Lime Connect Message Center on mobile devices like smartphones. Answer your contacts questions on the go with a layout optimized for smaller screens.
Currently, the app only allows for chatting with your contacts in the Message Center. All admin-related options require the desktop view as usual.
Simply open our webpage http://www.lime-connect.com with your mobile browser. You will find the Login section in the menu on the top-right.

Adding the mobile app to your phone desktop
On your first visit, you'll be prompted to add the mobile app to your desktop. You can also access this option later through the settings of your mobile browser.
The prompt might look slightly different depending on the mobile browser and OS you are using.

Here you can find an overview of all the contacs your operator profile has access to. You can use our filter options or the search bar to look up specific contacts or contact groups.
Click on a contact to open his profile. Here you can also start a new email- or WhatsApp conversation with a click on the buttons.
