Rebranding FAQ – Userlike becomes Lime Connect

We’ve rebranded! After almost 15 years as Userlike, we’re starting a new chapter under the name Lime Connect.
This page answers the most common questions about the rebrand – and what (if anything) changes for you. Spoiler: almost nothing. 😊
1. Why did Userlike rebrand?
Since 2021, Userlike has been part of Lime Technologies, one of Europe’s leading providers of CRM and customer experience solutions. After four years of collaborating closely, it was time to bring our brands together under one name.
Rebranding to Lime Connect reflects who we are today and our shared vision for the future of customer communication.
2. What is the new name?
Starting September 10, 2025, our new name will be Lime Connect. You’ll see the new name on our website, emails, in the product and other communications.
3. What is Lime Technologies?
Lime Technologies is a European software company founded in 1990 in Lund, Sweden. With more than 30 years of experience, Lime develops CRM and customer experience solutions that are used by thousands of organizations across Europe. Lime is known for combining innovation with long-standing expertise in customer relationship management.
4. What will not change?
Your contacts, contracts, services, and the way you use our product stay exactly the same. It’s the same people, same service. Just under a new name.
5. What will change?
  • From Sep 9, 2025:
    • Our new website is available at connect.lime-technologies.com. Redirects will remain in place, so existing links continue to work.
    • Outgoing emails will be sent from @lime.tech. For example, niklas.palm@lime.tech
    • Our support contact address changes to support@lime-connect.com.
    • Inside the product, you will notice an updated logo and naming that reflect our new identity.
  • From Sep 19, 2025:
    • The application login will move from app.userlike.com to app.lime-connect.com. Redirects will remain in place, so existing links continue to work.
    • Outgoing emails will be sent from the new @lime-connect.com domain.
6. Do I need to take action?
In most cases, no action is required. Redirects for the old domains and email addresses will remain active. However, we recommend updating your bookmarks and contact lists.
If your organization uses IT restrictions such as firewalls or whitelisted domains, you should update them to include app.lime-connect.com. Here’s how you do that.
To continue using our service on mobile, please download our app after September 19.
If you are using our custom add-on builder and define a Content Security Policy with a frame-ancestors directive, add https://app.lime-connect.com before September 19.
7. Will my pricing or contract change?
No. Your pricing, contracts, and all agreed terms remain exactly as they are today.
8. Will the product change?
No. Product functionality, features, and roadmap remain unchanged. Only the branding, including our name and logo, has been updated.
9. What about my data and security?
Your data protection and security remain unchanged. All data continues to be processed under GDPR-compliant standards. The Data Processing Agreement (DPA) remains valid as is; no updates or new signatures are required. Hosting and infrastructure remain the same.
