- The Guidelines give your AI Agent or Copilot general behavioral instructions on how it should behave in general.
We already provide you with a standard guideline that the bot may only answer questions about your own company and that references to competitors must be avoided. This guideline is not editable.
To add a new guideline, click on the blue "+ Add" button:
